If you are currently receiving your email for free as part of your internet or other Vexus service, there will be a nominal yearly charge for your email service. More information will be sent to you when you fill out the sign-up form.
You will not be charged until you formally agree to our email services later in the transition process.
Your paid email will automatically be transitioned to us after you sign-up. Your billing will continue on your current schedule, but you will be invoiced from us. You will need to register your payment information with us.
Vexus Fiber has authorized SaveMyService to continue supporting you and your email.
If you are currently using Hosted Exchange as either part of a bundled service or stand-alone product, we require a consultation with you to ensure we implement Hosted Exchange services that best meets your needs. Please sign-up and we will be in touch with you.
You will not be charged until you formally agree to our email services later in the transition process.

Offering Extended Service To Internet Service Provider Emails
Did you know that some cable and internet providers offer email services as part of their plans? However, these services can change hands and be renamed, leaving you with outdated 'legacy' emails. While providers try their best to maintain these emails, it becomes increasingly challenging as their service offerings evolve.
That's where SaveMyService comes to the rescue!
Email Bundled as Part of Another Service
With the disconnection of email services within Vexus Fiber bundled packages, you will no longer be able to receive your email service from Vexus Fiber. However, your current email domain (examples: NTS-online.net, or I-55.com and custom domains) and mailbox can be transferred to SaveMyService so we can continue to provide email service for your current email address.
Because email is no longer available in Vexus Fiber bundles, there will be a nominal monthly charge of $2.50/month for a single mailbox. Discounts will be given for multi-mailbox packages (details to follow). By continuing to use your current email address, you will avoid the need to update all your internet accounts subscribed with your current email. Also, you will avoid any confusion and lost emails from others who communicate with you via your current address.
When you sign-up to continue your email with SaveMyService, we will contact you with information on when we will transfer your email service, including all your current emails and attachments in your email box. Also, we will include information with instructions on how to access your email via webmail, if necessary. If you are using a local client, like Outlook, we will include instructions on where to access your email.
We will not charge you a fee until your mailbox has been moved to the SaveMyService email platform.

Premium Hosted Exhange Mail Services
With Vexus Fiber discontinuing email services, your current custom email domain and hosted Exchange mailboxes can be transferred to SaveMyService so we can continue providing email service for your current email address.
Hosted Exchange is an advanced product, offering numerous features and functions that are not available in standard email services. Consequently, it is a more expensive product. As Vexus Fiber recommends we continue your service, we need to consult with you to ensure you receive and pay for the services that best fit your needs.
Because email is no longer available with Vexus Fiber, there will be a nominal monthly charge of $9.00/mailbox/month (hosted Exchange email) to provide you with this service. By continuing to use your current email addresses, you will avoid needing to update all your internet accounts subscribed with your current emails. Also, you will avoid any confusion and lost emails from others who communicate with you via your current addresses.
When you sign-up to continue your email with SaveMyService, we will contact you to schedule a consultation to ensure you are purchasing only the email boxes you need. After the consultation call, we will contact you with information on when we will transfer your email service, including all your current emails and attachments in those email boxes.
We will not charge any fees until your mailbox has been moved to the SaveMyService email platform.

You should have received an email communication from Vexus Fiber letting you know they are discontinuing some or all of your technical services due to changing business conditions. In the communication you have received from Vexus Fiber, they have referred you to SaveMyService so we can help you seamlessly transition your services. There are potentially two pieces for you to consider.
Vexus Fiber has made the business decision to discontinue some technical services. In order to give you a path to continued service, they have recommended SaveMyService to help with your transition. As with any discontinuation, there must be a deadline. This date is May 1st, 2025. It will take time to transition your account, so please don’t delay your decision to keep your current services active with SaveMyService or by choosing a different service on your own.
If you are paying for services your current provider are disconnecting, then you will need to either stop or adjust your automated payments to them for those discontinued services.

For any service transitioned to SaveMyService for ongoing support, SaveMyService will honor the time left in your payment period. For example, if you paid for an annual email subscription at the end of December 2024 to cover 2025, SaveMyService will provide service for you through December of 2025 and invoice you for an annual payment due at the end of December 2025 to cover all of 2026.
SaveMyService does not keep your credit card data on-file. SaveMyService works with Stripe as a payment service provider who will manage your payments and payment information. Stripe is a well-known and trusted financial service provider with thousands of business customers like SaveMyService and millions of end-users like yourself.
Yes, electronic payments (ACH or Credit Card through Stripe) are recommended, but we (SaveMyService) will have an option where you can pay by check. However, there will be a check-handling processing fee.
Yes, SaveMyService works with Stripe to facilitate customer payments. Through Stripe, you can automate either ACH or credit card transactions for the amount and frequency that is appropriate. When you receive your first invoice from SaveMyService, you will have the option to set up an automated payment with Stripe.
SaveMyService has a number of telecom-based services that they offer now and will be expanding in the near future. Currently they are focused on transitioning your service on a like-for-like basis and give you the opportunity to explore additional services once your current services have been transitioned.
Yes. Assuming you sign-up with SaveMyService, and once your current services scheduled for discontinuance are transferred, SaveMyService will have products available for you to transition other services as well.
